When the Plesk Premium Email extension is first installed, it does not magically switch over existing domains to use Plesk Premium Email.
If your deployment uses the Resellers functionality, you will need to enable the Plesk Premium Email permission in the reseller’s Service Plan(s).
Only then can Resellers reach out to their customers and provide them with the upsell to Plesk Premium Email.
This guide walks a Plesk Server Administrator through the process of enabling the permission for individual Reseller Service Plans.
|From the Server Administrator’s Service Provider View, navigate to “Service Plans”.|
|Select the “Reseller Plans” tab to get to the Service Plans you provide to Resellers.|
Should you wish to allow only selected resellers to be able to offer Plesk Premium Email to their customers, please consider cloning existing Reseller Service Plans, to then re-associate selected Resellers with the appropriate new Reseller Service Plan. The exact step-by-step walk-through guide is beyond the scope of this article.
